The Regional Account Executive will responsible to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded, by managing and developing of 3rd Party Retail, Indies and Indirect portfolios. You will be visiting Retail Stores and letting agents, you will be covering around 80/100 directly. What will you be doing? To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPIs Management of 3rd Party Retail, Indies and Indirect local relationships To develop and grow Independent Letting Agent partners and to prospect new accounts forging strong relationships at all levels (from business owners/directors to frontline admin staff) To develop and deliver national and local contact strategies to ensure objectives are met. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company product range and promotions: Knowledge of features and benefits of the product range. Knowledge of the Retail and Letting Agents customer needs. Knowledge of all competitor products. Knowledge and feedback of competitor activity in the retail market place. Training and coaching of staff to process VM products and services. Proactively manage all accounts to ensure. Maximised productivity Partner satisfaction is maintained. Effective contact strategy and support An ethical and honest representation of company brand values, its products and services Effectively manage sales administration and planning activities. Upkeep of quality records of activity and account management Production of timely reporting. Managing local budgets and expenditure. Complete Huddle Visit reporting Maintain personal focus to ensure delivery of defined key business objectives through the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. Self-starter is essential. This is a field-based role. Work on projects that benefit the wider 3rd party sales team Are you right for the role? So it's the moment of truth, right? The Sales Optimisation Lead will be responsible for planning the performance and analysing the sales activity resulting from the Field Technician referral scheme. The role will include the management of all sales KPI tracking for this activity including the liaison with the Customer Field management team to ensure that they have, and fully understand, all the information and data required to drive performance. This role will also involve working with the Telesales channel to identify opportunities to improve the conversion of the referrals from the Field Tech scheme and to identify other opportunities to increase new customers or drive ARPU growth from existing customers. What will you be doing? Setting up and maintaining the KPI tracking of all lead and sales activity at Field Tech level up to overall function level, including the creating and maintenance of all sales league tables. Analysis of previous results and future resources to forecast and plan the lead and sales volumes for the Budget and Re-forecast process Working with all levels of the Customer Field Management teams to interpret the data and results to enable them to drive performance from their teams. Working with the Contact Centre senior management team to maintain maximum productivity in relation to the Field Tech referrals at all times. Supporting the Sales Optimisation Managers with the data and information necessary to plan their activity across the differing regions. To process and respond to queries from internal customers within agreed SLA's. To be responsible for keeping up-to-date with changes in company procedures, regulations and processes. Developing a strong understanding of the Virgin Media sales organisation including process, pricing and systems to enable opportunities for the growth of new customers and existing customers ARPU to be identified and actioned To identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and potentially manage these through to fruition. Now is a great time to join Virgin Media as a Data and Insight Analyst where you will provide insight and analysis to ensure that the planning team successfully supports operational teams by driving the accurate forecasting of call-in rates, call volumes, AHTs and other key planning metrics. This support to the planning team will largely be driven through the production of bespoke data, insight and analysis. This insight, delivered to senior stakeholders, will be used to improve forecasting, eliminate process inefficiencies and maximise the output and success of the planning team. Additionally, the role of the Analyst is to support the centers through daily and weekly reporting at a line of business level on KPI performance, including • Call queue performance • Staffing and adherence performance • Other key call KPIs and Insight, such as AHT, Resolution Rate, Transfer Rate and Service Level This is a key role in being able to highlight areas of opportunity within the performance of the team as a whole by providing agreed KPI's in a timely manner with supporting commentary and insight. Key Accountabilities • Deliver insight on historic performance • Deliver insight on planning effectiveness and performance efficiency • Maintain and develop our internal databases to ensure they are fit for purpose • Maintain and develop our internal planning tools in excel and other formats • Working closely with the operational teams to ensure that the plans are well defined, clearly communicated and executed well • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on performance variance, and improvements to planned forecasts or schedules • Develop and improve the presentation, relevance and effectiveness of agreed workforce management KPI's • Provide analytical support for Planning and Service Delivery initiatives • Look for opportunities to reduce any inefficiencies in customer contact processes • Administration keeping all system information accurately updated • Ensure presentations are fit for purpose and the audience • Manage the collation of effectiveness measures across Planning and Service Delivery • Steer as part of the wider team our direction and priorities Essential Knowledge and Experience • SQL and VBA. • Strong analytical and data mining skills. • Previous experience of data analysis and/or reporting within a call centre environment. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint. • The ability to create complex reporting models. • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. • A proven attention to detail. • Commercial awareness and customer focus. Desirable Knowledge and Experience • "R" and statistical modelling skills. • Telco sector experience. • Previous experience with outsource partners. • Understanding of call routing platforms and how data is captured within and accessed from them.
