The Regional Account Executive will responsible to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded, by managing and developing of 3rd Party Retail, Indies and Indirect portfolios. You will be visiting Retail Stores and letting agents, you will be covering around 80/100 directly. What will you be doing? To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPIs Management of 3rd Party Retail, Indies and Indirect local relationships To develop and grow Independent Letting Agent partners and to prospect new accounts forging strong relationships at all levels (from business owners/directors to frontline admin staff) To develop and deliver national and local contact strategies to ensure objectives are met. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company product range and promotions: Knowledge of features and benefits of the product range. Knowledge of the Retail and Letting Agents customer needs. Knowledge of all competitor products. Knowledge and feedback of competitor activity in the retail market place. Training and coaching of staff to process VM products and services. Proactively manage all accounts to ensure. Maximised productivity Partner satisfaction is maintained. Effective contact strategy and support An ethical and honest representation of company brand values, its products and services Effectively manage sales administration and planning activities. Upkeep of quality records of activity and account management Production of timely reporting. Managing local budgets and expenditure. Complete Huddle Visit reporting Maintain personal focus to ensure delivery of defined key business objectives through the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. Self-starter is essential. This is a field-based role. Work on projects that benefit the wider 3rd party sales team Are you right for the role? So it's the moment of truth, right? What are we looking for in the successful candidate? KEY SKILLS 1. Must have a driving licence and have driving experience 2. Excel and PowerPoint experience 3.
