Working as an Internal Communications Executive in a fast past Telco sector based in Reading or Swindon. This role is paying £30,000 plus excellent benefits. Key responsibilities Must have energy and and enthusiasm to develop and deliver engaging communications. Your role will involve planning and delivering measurable communication campaigns; managing events for senior teams and making sure the customer is at the heart of everything. Working in a fast past exciting industry you will engage with various stakeholders across the business. Focus on creative content to ensure consistency and engagement, with a big focus on digital. Managing two-way feedback channels such as surveys and focus groups. Organising engagement events for differing audience groups. Participating in the operational events desk rota, following best practice guidelines as an event responder for internal crisis communications Key skills Must have strong ability to write engaging communications to a wide range of audiences. Ability to work with the senior management team and be able to come up with creative comms ideas. To be driven with previous experience in internal communications and managing employee events. Ability to engage, influence and win support of senior managers and stakeholders; as well as having excellent interpersonal skills -to deal with individuals at all levels of the company and articulate complex issues in a straightforward manner. You will have strong organisational skills and be self-reliant, working to your own initiative. Also ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure; and have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Excellent copywriting ability - you must be able to write compellingly, accurately and concisely for a range of internal audiences.
