What it is like to work with Bauer Media.
At Bauer Media, our people are what make our business unique, diverse and vibrant. Every day, across the length and breadth of the UK, our business thrives because of our talented and passionate employees. Every day we strive to attract, nurture and develop the best talent in all our business areas including sales, production, creative, editorial and support services such as finance and marketing.
Working in a vibrant and trusted environment we’re committed to personal career development for all our employees ensuring at least one formal appraisal takes place each year with their line manager where they review and assess performance against agreed objectives and explore appropriate learning solutions to address any development needs whether this be on the job coaching or a formal training programme. Recent Learning and Development initiatives include; the roll out of a Digital Training Programme for all our employees, investment in our new Graduate Sales Trainee Programmes and successful accreditation for a number of our Senior Managers to become internal Coaches.
We believe wholeheartedly in the principle of Equal Opportunities and strive to apply this every day in our approach to recruitment and development, treating people fairly and with equal respect regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion beliefs, disability or gender re-assignment.
We continue to review and adapt our recruitment and development practices to ensure that we are nurturing and developing our talent to reach their highest potential.
